Blackmore Mobile Is a division of Samson Electronics.At Blackmore Mobile our goal is to provide the automotive aftermarket with the highest quality and most cutting edge technology available in the Audio and Video market place. We offer a complete line of products including Audio, Video, and installation accessories so your customer can enjoy the total vehicle multimedia experience while you can maintain a profitable business and a happy customer. Being In business for over 27 years we have watched and noticed many trends in Mobile Audio and Video product from the retailer/installer point of view. We decided to create Blackmore Mobile to address these issues and provide quality product at a realistic price.
All of the following issues were considered in developing our products.
- 1: Quality of product (Used glass and refurbished products sold as new)
- 2: Consistency of product.
- 3: Availability of goods.
- 4: Mass marketing, Internet sales, and trans-shipping.
- 5: Poor Warranty Service.
Our staff is made up of people from all aspects of your business, past retailers, installers, marketing professionals, and engineers. We wanted to address all of the issues listed above and stay focus on our product line and your success. We did not want to try and be everything to everyone, offer 200 different products, saturate the market place, and make sales almost impossible when the consumer could also buy on the Internet.
Here is what we have done:
1: Quality;
All Blackmore Mobile product is new. All products are shipped to us, and then tested in our California facility
before they are packaged and shipped to you. This will reduce problems and failures like poor audio, dead pixels,
and R&R time for DOA equipment or poor picture quality.
2: Consistency,
Higher quality components to insure items like picture quality and consistency even with prolonged use or changes
in temperature. This also helps insure a longer lifespan and happier customer.
3: Availability,
By not trying to carry 200 different Amplifiers, Monitors or DVD players we have been able to focus on the above
2 issues, maintain the quality and also increase our inventory in order to keep you in a position to sell and focus
on your profit.
3: Marketing,
We have made a decision to limit distribution to dealer direct only. No distributors, no mass retailers,
no catalog houses, and no Internet sales either. We also do not want to flood your market; therefore
we will respect your geographic sales area by limiting accounts. We want to be a team with you, and if
you’re successful, your customers are happy, and your installers like our product, then we will be
successful too.
4: Warranty.
Poor warranty service and service hassles have always been a problem in the 12 Volt Market.
With Blackmore Mobile our dealers make the warranty decision. Over the counter exchanges and
hassle free RA’s make it easy to keep a customer happy if a failure happens. All Blackmore Mobile
branded products carry a 3 year warranty, but only when purchased at an authorized Blackmore Dealer.
